I started training with Tre when I was 8 months postpartum, and looking back, I'm so glad I made that choice. He's helped me rebuild my strength and mobility from the ground up, and I feel so much stronger now-physically and mentally. I've seen a huge difference in my postpartum recovery, and lately, I can really feel the compounding effect of all the consistency. We track workouts all organized in an app and go through measurements regularly.
Tre pushes me in the best way-challenging but never intimidating. He keeps workouts interesting, switches things up often, and always gives me options for days when I am working out on my own! I always look forward to our sessions!
He also gives helpful advice around eating and has been an amazing accountability buddy. Plus, his quirky sense of humor makes workouts way more fun-even when they're tough.

Before I even started training with Tre, I was a very regular gym go-er, going about 4-5 times a week to the gym doing my own thing.
The first year I trained with Tre, we focused on bodybuilding (along with some pull-up goal that I had for myself). I didn’t even think I could be that strong, and look so different in such a short amount of time - it was a great confidence booster.
As I got more into striking, we transition to functional training - power, moving across all planes, conditioning. I wanted to give up, not gonna lie, but having him as an accountability partner made it much more manageable - and now I love training for power and doing conditioning circuits. Thats what make me feel unstoppable right now.
Fast forward about 3-4 years, I still ask for guidance in the gym and for my diet. It may be drastic to say, but my life did a full 180 - my stomach issues are much more controllable, I feel strong, and won my first muay thai bout not too long ago! -
